The Position :Direct and administer the Country's sales organisation in accordance with company directives, procedures and policies to ensure the revenue sales targets are achieved. To prepare the regions? budgets, monitor actual costs and ensure they stay within approved expenditure provisions, and ensures adequate funds are apportioned to obtain the most efficient returns in the form of passenger revenue sales. Implement the Company?s pricing policy and recommend tactical fares strategy as dictated by market conditions and trends to ensure optimum passenger revenue and market share. Provide direction for each department in the region to ensure an integrated customer service in accordance with service standards and company procedures and policies.
