1.Administration - Nigeria

A.Position : Personal Assistants / Executive Secretary

Ref : RE/108/PA/ES

Division : Adminstration

Location : Abuja

Function:
You will provide secretarial services to company Management from Manager to Director level.

Minimum Requirement:
Degree-qualified and aged between 28 and 36 years, you will have a minimum of five years prior experience of working closely with senior management in an executive support role. Ideally, you will have a secretarial background and be proficient in the use of a wide range of electronic office equipment and computer applications. Superb organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic, will be essential determinants of success in a demanding and fast paced work environment. A knowledge of bidding and tendering preparation will be a distinct advantage.

B.Position : Protocol Officer

Division : Adminstration

Location : Head Office (Port Harcourt), Abuja and Lagos

Function:
You will be responsible for all matters relating to the movement of personnel including, but not limited to, providing meet and greet service, visa applications, immigration activities, hotel and airline bookings and other related duties. The nature of this position would necessitate being resident in appropriate location.

Minimum Requirement:
You will be degree qualified (preferably with a relevant post-graduate degree qualification) and aged between 25 and 36 year.  You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in similar role within a reputable corporate organization. You should have a flexible disposition, good manners and a courteous attitude.

C.Position : Cook

Division : Adminstration

Location : Abuja

Function:
You will be responsible for preparation of meals for multi-national residents with both local and continental cuisine in a very hygienic environment. Tasks shall include preparation of menus, purchase of provisions, cooking, overseeing housekeeping, laundry and steward services. The nature of this position would necessitate being resident in Abuja.

Minimum Requirement:
You will be OND/HND qualified (preferably with relevant catering qualification) and aged between 25 and 40 years. You must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role within a reputable organization in preparation of various cuisine and variety of meals. You should have a flexible disposition, good manners and a courteous attitude.

2.Business Development - Nigeria

A.Position : Business Development Officer /Application Sales Engineer

Ref : RE/108/BDO

Division : Business Development

Location : Head Office (Port Harcourt) and Abuja

Function :
You will be responsible for the implementation of the company's Business Development strategy for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of Power Generation and Power Transmission projects. The position will involve a variety of sales and marketing activities with the aim of securing new business for the company.

Your key responsibilities shall involve, but not limited to: Customer visits, generating leads, Pre-qualification and Bidding/Tendering  proposal preparation and negotiations, customer satisfaction monitoring, marketing activities including brochures, advertisements, exhibition attendance, public relations and presentations within the Energy/Oil & Gas sectors.

Minimum Requirement:
You will be degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Preferably with a relevant postgraduate degree qualification) and aged between 35 and 45 years. You must have minimum of 8 years post graduate experience in a similar role within a corporate organization and be computer proficient in all Microsoft Applications.

Experience in FEED of power generation and power transmission projects shall be a distinct advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills shall be essential with excellent personal organizational and proactive attributes with the desire to succeed.
