1998 עד היום פרידנזון - חברה העוסקת בעיבוד שבבי, ייבוא ושיווק חומרי גלם פלסטיים וייצוג של מפעלי הזרקות, יציקות וחישול.
במסגרת עבודתי ולאורך השנים עסקתי בתחומים הבאים לפי הפירוט להלן:
ניהול התקשרויות פיננסי, משפטי ומו"מ מול לקוחות , ספקים, בנקים, מוסדות , רו"ח, הנה"ח ועו"ד חיצוניים : גביית חובות, תזרים, שכר, תשלומים , דו"חות פיננסיים , התכתבות אל מול עו"ד , השתתפות בדיונים והתכתבויות עם לקוחות (כגון משהב"ט) וספקים בארץ ובחו"ל (כגון OMR SRL איטליה). ייצוג ברמה גבוהה ושמירה על מוניטין החברה, יכולות ניסוח הסכמים בעברית ואנגלית וניהול קבלני משנה והתקשרויות מורכבות.
ניהול רכש טכני משלב הדרישה ועד שלב הבדיקה והאספקה בארץ ובחו"ל כולל תהליכי השינוע והשילוח (דואר שליחים , EMS , מערכת שער עולמי, CARRIER ו FORWARDER) תוך יכולת וניסיון מוכח במשא ומתן מול ספקים בתחומים הבאים: חלקים לפי שרטוט בעיבוד שבבי, חישול ויציקה , חומרי גלם מתכת ופלסטיק, טיפולים תרמיים, צביעה וציפויים, מעבדות בדיקה ח"ג ומידות, פריטים לפי מקט' יצרן, קשיחים, דבקים וכו'.... כחלק מהכשרתי עבדתי בקו הייצור בתחום העיבוד השבבי כולל ביצוע SET UP מלא למכונת CNC ממוחשבת: קריאת שרטוט, דפינה, מציאת "0" הכנסת / הוצאת כלים ובחינת חלקים. התייעלות בתהליכים וחיסכון בתשומות ייצור.
ניהול מכירות - מומחיות בתחום ח"ג פלסטיק הנדסיים חצי גמורים, שיווק ,קידום מכירות והשתתפות בתערוכות ובמכרזים בארץ ובחו"ל.
פיתוח תוכנה לחיפוש ואיתור ספקים חדשים , מהווה יתרון משמעותי לחברה שבא לידי ביטוי בהרחבת סל מוצריה , התייעלותה (מעבר מייצור עצמי לקבלנות משנה) הגדלת הרווחים.

Work Experience: 1998 to date, Fridenson - a company engaged in machining, importing and marketing of plastic raw materials and representation of injection, casting and forging plants.
As part of my work and over the years, I have dealt with the following areas as detailed below:
Manage financial, legal, and negotiation with clients, suppliers, banks, institutions, accountants, management, and outside counsel: debt collection, cash flow, payroll, payments, financial reports, correspondence with attorney, Participation in discussions and correspondence with customers (such as the MOD) and suppliers in Israel and abroad (such as OMR SRL Italy). High-level representation and maintaining the company's reputation, drafting agreements in Hebrew and English and managing subcontractors and complex contracts.
Technical procurement management from the requirement stage to the testing and supply phase in Israel and abroad including shipping and forwarding processes (courier mail, EMS, global gateway system, CARRIER and FORWARDER) with proven ability and experience in negotiations with suppliers in the following areas: parts by design in machining, forging and casting , Metal and plastic raw materials, thermal treatments, dyeing and coating, test labs materials and dimensions, items by manufacturer, rigid, adhesive, etc. .... As part of my training I worked in the machining line in the machining line including complete SET UP for a CNC machine: Drawing, drawing, finding "0" inserting / removing tools and examining parts.
