The SERVICOM Institute was set up as a special project under the Federal Government's Service Delivery Initiative. It primarily supports the implementation of SERVICOM by providing training in Customer-focused service delivery for public servants. Our mission is to improve public services by promoting training on customer-focused service delivery for public servants and representatives of user groups.
